April J Yoga is the host for this event. We will discuss the history, sequence of postures and movements that make up the Ashtanga Half Primary Series. If you are interested in learning more about Ashtanga or curious about this style then this workshop is for you! Movements and sections will be modified and broken down into manageable stages. This workshop is open to all levels of practice and beginner friendly. Some knowledge of Sun Salutations is helpful but not required. Bring your mat, towel, water, journal, pen and open mind for this two hour workshop!
